The wines at LONG TAN have been carefully chosen to compliment our food and enhance the flavours and spices used in Thai cuisine. All our wines are from Australia and New Zealand; all of the wines are great value for the money and many of them are hard to find gems.
The whites tend to be dry and aromatic, balancing crisp acids and fruit that both cut and marry the spices. The reds tend to show earth tones and subtle spices that work wonders with some of the less traditional main courses.
You probably won't recognize many of these wines and you may be a little hesitant about drinking wine with this cuisine, but trust us, you wont be disappointed. If you have any questions or need a recommendation, please don't hesitate to ask.
